Lately, in my daily healthcare routine, I have added meditation. Mediation has been proven to have many benefits that can be good for our well-being. A couple of benefits I have seen from mediating are better sleep, the reduction of stress, and most importantly a difference in my concentration and focus. With high frequency playing in the background as I meditate, it allows me to escape into my own universe providing me with great mental health. This has been a huge part of my morning routine, I start my morning around 5 am and once I am out of bed the first thing I do is meditate. I feel like in the morning meditating is a gift that my mind receives. Closing my eyes, and breathing in and out slowly has brought me peace in my busy world. This not only helps me tackle daily obstacles it allows me to grow as a person. I would strongly recommend this to everyone. By taking 5 minutes out of your daily schedule to focus on the power of meditation, can be life-changing. I read many books about mediation and its power, but always had my doubts when I tried what the books suggested it changed things for me.
